Laurel View, 14th February.......what a day!!!

Took our two shiney new boys out for their 1st show before we head to Scotland in March and they behaved so well. VSH Beaulero, the 4yr old Dutch stallion was just brilliant, he didn't look sideways at a thing and rode through his prelim test like a pro. He achieved a terrific score of 72% to finish 2nd in his class. VSH Absolute Turbo, a 5yr old Dutch gelding, was also in super form. He won his prelim test convincingly on 74% and went on to win his novice test as well on 72%. We couldn't have asked for any more from these two young horses on their debut. Proud mummys all round!!

Jo-Anne Gibson took her mare VSH Wannabe to ride their 1st ever elementary test and she has really set her standards high for the season! She was given 61% which is a great achievement for the combination on their 1st outing at this level. Sandra Craig also competed her gelding Borneo Quinto in the prelim tests. She also came away delighted having attained her 1st qualifying mark of 63% for the National Championships.

Well done to everyone who competed and a huge thank you to all the helpers who helped make the day so successful......you all know who you are!
